310DC  Magnetic Yoke  Detector

310DC AC/DC magnetic yoke detector uses battery or ac220V directly supply power. Small volume, light weight, especially suitable for magnetic powder flaw of high and narrow field.

Power supplied by 12V. batteries,artesian pulse circuit board installed inside of magnetic yoke detector. 

This circuit provides a very high speed of pulsed DC magnetic field. 

The DC through magnetic poles can be applied to be the workpiece surface, made a testing debugging intensive DC magnetic field, and detect the surface and near surface defects and detect lesser discontinuous state defects.
 
Note:DC power supply, namely it is impossible to get the same sensitivity for small surface defects detection under the circumstances AC magnetic field.Therefore, should use calibration sensitivity in order to detect the smallest defects detection.
